75 Dokter baru Lulusan FK UMM ditambah 4 Dokter Umum Pelatihan Hiperkes Kompetensi Dokter Perusahaan
Mendukung dengan cara menambahkan kompetensi lulusannya, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (FK UMM) kembali mengadakan Pelatihan Hygine Perusahaan Kesehatan (Hiperkes) dan Keselamatan Kerja (KK). Pelatihan Hiperkes dan KK diikuti oleh para dokter baru jebolan FK UMM dan terbuka untuk umum juga. Menurut Ketua Pelaksana Hiperkes dan KK FK UMM, Dr. dr. H. Febri Endra Budi Setyawan, M.Kes, FISPH, FISCM., sebanyak 75 dokter muda lulusan FK UMM dan 4 dokter umum mengikuti kegiatan tersebut selama dua minggu (14-21 Oktober). Dokter Febri menyebutkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut merupakan salah satu program unggulan yang dimiliki FK UMM dan sudah sampai batch ke-18. “Pelatihan Hiperkes dan KK ini adalah sebuah upaya yang dilakukan oleh FK UMM untuk memberikan tambahan kompetensi kepada lulusan agar mampu lebih bersaing di dunia kerja,” ujar dokter Febri. Selama dua minggu peserta pelatihan akan digodok dengan beragam materi seperti Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), sanitasi, psikologi industri, dan semacamnya. Selain itu peserta juga melakukan kegiatan Factory Visit ke Pabrik Gula Kebonagung untuk bisa melihat secara langsung implementasinya. Tidak lupa, dokter Febri berterima kasih kepada seluruh pihak yang turut mendukung dan bekerja sama dalam pelatihan tersebut. Salah satunya seperti Balai Hiperkes dan KK Surabaya Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia. “Diharapkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini dan mendapat sertfikat yang menjadi syarat dokter perusahaan maka lulusan FK UMM dapat lebih mudah berkarya dan bersaing,” closing dokter Febri.
